Best currently available non-joystick Front Rest?

Which Randolph top is best?
I prefer to use standard bags. I use the standard tops one with 3” and one with 4” Edgewood bags. I have no issue with the tops. The only real issue I’ve had is the thumb screws holding the top on getting loose. I’ve seen some guys swap standard allen screws for the thumb screws. I actually drilled and tapped the top and secure to the base with a couple of screws.

For those that have the 21st Century hybrid rest , what is the configuration in height + handle length that suits most rifles best for benchrest?
The height is adjustable for course and fine adjustments. I have the long handle and have no trouble using it with 22lrs, lv and hv guns. With a solid bag set up, you can quickly adjust/ fine tune for horizontal without altering your vertical. Much faster. Smooth as butter. I really like the rest.

Youd need the short handle for a drop port, otherwise the long handle fits every gun ive tried

I bought the Sinclair rest (used) about 30 years ago and have used it since. I have tried the joystick rests, but still prefer my old Sinclair. I added a Dunrud sighter cam back when I was shooting quite a lot of short range BR. It is an old friend.DSCF4095.JPG

I have a JJ Loh front rest that I really like and would like to get something similar. What say you?
Advertise for a used JJ. I have a Sinclair competition rest and find it smooth stable and easy to use. I think it’s a great conventional non joystick rest. I like the fact that the wind age and speed screw for vertical are very near one another.

Mines built by a friend- I’ve considered upgrading my front rest a couple times, and then sticker shock sets in.

I think it was @dmoran that suggested to just get good equipment and learn how to use it.

I know the OP put the word "Best" in but I'm going to mention
the older Bald Eagles that were tweaked !! I have mine out on the
bench currently getting a complete going over. The side springs
used like what is in the above pic, I felt needed to be stiffer. Problem
solved. I'll post a pic after I finish a holder for the timer. I did a new
version of how to get rid of the Mariner wheel, and use it elsewhere.

Well for someone looking for a good rest, I could not recommend
mine being that it's a one off experimentation in the works. That
mariner wheel mod with another heavy spring does make it sweet
in windage adjustments.....

I bought the hybrid. LOVE it! easy to get it pointing where you want it . I had the other one and it took more time and energy to lock in. Don't wait!
