Gas stoves

Well, apparently no more meals out for the Democrat elite.
I have never seen an electric stove in a commercial kitchen, and I would hate to meet the chef that would support an electric cook top.
Probably would be a vegan.
I have seen them...
Pretty uncommon but they do exist. Usually a "french-top" style. Not individual burners like on a domestic stove top.

As well they should! Natural gas is by far the cleanest and most economical means that we currently have for generating electricity.
Agree . There is an abundance of natural gas in our area. That plant was well under construction before the current administration was in power . Wondered if it wasn’t if it would still have been built.

7:00 AM this morning, the wind blowing like mad and the power goes off.
I had been up since maybe 5:00 or so and the house was warm from the pellet stove.
No use staying home so off to get a few groceries. Wind and rain almost made me turn around and go back home. Lucky for me, no one else on the road.
Got to the store, no one else shopping that early. ;)
Got what I wanted and headed back home.
Inside the house, starting to cool down SO, light the GAS oven, open the door to keep the house warm. It's the little things that count. :);)

No, I honestly doubt the federal permits would have ever made it through the current administration.

I worked for a top 10 natural gas producer until we were bought out in 2017. Some of the largest producing wells in Ohio are just north of you. I remember how glad we were to hear about that power plant being permitted. One of our biggest problems was getting the gas to market because there weren’t enough pipelines to move the gas to where it was needed.

My step-daughter that lives on Connecticut just told me her electric company just had a 50% rate increase approved. Just wait until that is your only option! Many people in my area have natural gas powered back-up generators. Some have medical devices that rely on electric. I guess they can be converted to a coal powered back-up.
