This information is inaccurate. WRAMC merged with Bethesda Naval Medical Center, I believe in 2011. The USPS will not deliver cards to random, unnamed individuals.

This is a great idea still, so how can we assure that the cards submitted get in the right hands of these great men and women? I’d like to do this with my boys, it teaches them the importance of the people who gave so much for us to have the liberties we do each and every day here in America (at least for the time being as they are constantly being eroded). I hope to learn more about this project JMayo. Thanks for sharing.
