Not sure of the barrel markings on this rifle. Was told it could be an early Hart or other. The barrel has no other markings on it at all. The rifle is a 40-xb serial number 32xxx B.

this pic is fairly early 40x, 22-250 blue receiver and blued barrel, SS with safety, Receiver says 40-X and other side of barrel has REP in circle. It is the version using the 700 receiver and 'modern' bolt configuration. This barrel is about .72 or .75Not sure of the barrel markings on this rifle. Was told it could be an early Hart or other. From the way I measured it , it appeared to be 1:10. I had read the 40-xc were 1:12 and the xb’s single shots were 1:10.40x rifles with 7.62 NATO marked barrels are 1/12 rot. They are factory lapped as well.
