Murphy Precision Scope bases?

I need a scope base for a stiller predator and it looks like two places make them, stiller, and Murphy Precision. Is Murphy good to go?

Look at this bullsh@t. This is the action I'm trying to inlet and bed in the gunsmithing forum... I was having a hell of a time understanding why things were so crooked. I trust my mill doesn't drill holes at a 3 degree angle... This new scope base from Stiller is crooked as a politician. I pulled a base from another stiller and it's fine... so just this one. I could have made one better than that on my manual mill. Rant over.

Murphy machined a base for my sons . 338 Savage rifle a 20 MOA I believe. Seems to be excellent quality and very reasonable delivery time, and price.

Dont think you will be disappointed.

I’ve used a number of Murphy bases and have zero complaints. I’ve used both SS and Ti. All have been high quality and he was good to work with when I needed a custom port cutout. He’s added a lot of rails for the different actions over time so the need for a special port cut is far less often now. Also very clean, no tooling marks for the most part. The only tooling marks I recall seeing is on the underside of the port cut where you’d never really see it once mounted.

I can’t speak for him but in my experience if it’s on the website and lets you add it to your cart it has always shipped quick. Heck even the custom stuff was completed and shipped very quickly.

What's the lead time?

Currently ~3-4 days on anything not on hand. (which would be most Stiller bases. I've got a couple of short action Predator at 0 MOA in Stainless, and maybe a 2500X base in stainless on hand. Everything else would be 3-4 days)

Happy to report it came with 5 screws, and the pins needed for stillers. Lovin it
