I just picked one up last months from optics planet for under 300 bucks and it shoots really well. Took about 300 rounds to settle down.

My shooting partner runs one and it shoots so incredibly well! Settled in pretty quick, doesn’t seem to foul up terrible. I’ll be running one next season I think on 1 rig.

I’ve only shot CenterX in mine. No issues so far.

Mine was installed on this 457 VPT about a month ago. Chamber was really tight and I had shimmed the headspace to .047". Once I got it sorted out , I shot it this week. It likes RWS R50. Shot several .4" groups and my new personel best at .334". I think you will like the LW barrel.

I called Lilja and ordered a set of their shims. Be forewarned they are expensive $50 bucks for shims. But they were needed on my barrel. I used a set of go/no go gauges. I couldn't get the bolt closed. You need to meaure the length of the tenon on the barrel. Then use a depth gauge or calipers and measure from the recess in your bolt to the edge of the receiver. Subtract the two to get the headspace as it exist. Mine was like .039. You want around .043-051". The shims come as .001,.002,.003,.004 and .0015. You can combine two or three to get the headspace you need. Two is better if you can make it work.

So your barrel wasn’t right from LW??
