CLUB BR CANARIAS
Dear group, sorry for my terrible english!!!.

I'm Francisco from the Canary Islands, Spain. I just get an used kelbly stolle swindlehurst 22LR rifle. I'm the third owner, the others leave it several years inside the box because the accuraccy was terrible!!!. Now I will try to solve the problems but I don't know how to start....

The barrel is under 5.000 rounds, it's clean (BORE TECH RIMFIRE BLEND), action is clean and lube, I check great Lapua, RWS and Eley ammo batch but It's impossible to get stability accuracy: 5/6 shots just in the meadle of the target, them 3/4 shost down/left, them another 5/3 good shots and them 3/4 flyers......

I would like to unmount the action but I need a kit from.............. do you recomended a kit for that action???, I need to check inside the bolt too !!!

I was talking with other users of this kelbly and It's a natural effect: accuracy problems, so maybe a barrel change will be a quick solution but, which one???.

So, your help is wellcome.. thx so much !!!

Fran.

So are you wanting to remove barrel? A rem 700 action wrench will do the job. To take the bolt apart simply decock and drive the pin out in the bolt shroud and it slides apart. There is some tension on it but not much

Thanks a lot for the info...

Torque specs on the action screws within tolerances? Not that it should make that much difference but it's something else to check that needs to be correct. :)

I do not in that particular rifle. My CZ shoots well at 25 in/lbs. I'm sure someone will know for your particular application here tho, or be able to point you in the right direction tho.
