My guess is, in order to sell a gun you need to be one, including what we today call a private transfer.

It's like that in Kalifornia. No legal exchange between private parties or shipping anything in or out of the state without FFL participation. Runs up the cost of any exchange.

I'd agree.
But only if SCOTUS actually gets their act together, climbs out of the back pockets of the Congress, and actually does their damned jobs. (Hasn't happened, yet, with the RKBA. And, frankly, I don't imagine it'll happen anytime soon.)
The Court (and most of the courts throughout the nation), has been snubbing the RKBA and the 2A/BOR's importance for decades, treating it as the poor ugly step-child of the Constitution. Little will change until they recognize it's as viable an element of the Constitution as the three-branch requirement of this representative constitutional republic.

Interesting to know the parameters of that statement.
I do know that for the past few years our physician's office asks us if we have been depressed recently at every visit. They write down every response you give them. If you don't think they do, have a copy of your medical records made and read them. I did that when relocating across country and was surprised to see doctor statements that are official record without the ability to challenge the opinion on the patient's part.

Red Flag laws where your rights are taken without representation. People who are going to be red flagged will be anyone opposed to our new Marxist “utopia”. Your crazy liberal neighbor will call you in as mentally unstable and your good friends the cops you eat breakfast with will come and break down your door and search your home and take all your firearms. Then you’ll have to hire a lawyer and prove you’re not crazy. Really hard to prove a negative. Then if you are successful in providing you’re not crazy you get your firearms back after they’ve been rode around loose in the trunk of the police car plied together. Stored without any care. You get beat and rusty firearms back with much of their value and function gone. This after a months to years long legal fight that has left you financially broken.

No he won’t. Functional fair constitutionally governed courts are a thing of the past. As we’re typing the Supreme Court is being threatened , Jan 6th patriots are sitting in prison without bail or speedy trials for misdemeanors. Red Flag laws are in effect around the country and soon to be universal. The creation of a firearms registry is illegal but the federal government has built one and is working diligently to update it and make it universal. Next law coming is a requirement to for registration of all firearms and licensing.

All it takes is good judge/court shopping like the left does and get it up there. It happened here in arkansas with enhanced carry laws some decided they wouldnt recognize.

It'll be interesting to see how that gets defined. I deleted the rest of the paragraph I had written concerning FFL 'clarity;.......... Red Flag laws do nothing but make you prove your innocence, and the Constitution says "you are innocent until proven guilty", not just accused of being 'guilty' , and being punished by denying you your personal property. Seems like there are plenty of missed opportunities to do something about those who would do harm, already.

Everybody should watch this patriot in action. He got lots of backlash when he dogged springsteen, then he doubled down against fools like him and garth brooks
The difference is Repubs only take action when it effects them personally . The liberals band together no matter how bad the infraction .
