Just about every sniper squad in the USA uses some variation of that combo. Gold Medal match, Black Hills, M118LR, etc etc. Military snipers across the board from all branches.

So then, basically all of Homeland Security, FBI, NSA, CIA, every SWAT, sheriff, state police, local police, etc etc in addition to that.

That is why there is a ton of 308 bullets on the market, and 22 bullets, and very little of anything else.
