Another SCAM Web Vendor -- How to Spot

Does anyone have any firsthand experience buying components or ammo from an outfit called kennyammunition.com?

Forum Boss: It's a criminal scam site.

As we have stated in over a dozen threads, if the site does not take Visa/Mastercard/Discover, but relies on Zella, Venmo, Bitcoin etc. it is fraudulent.

And, if you can add huge quantities of hard-to-find components to the online shopping cart, the site is a scam.

Here is an example from the shopping cart on that site.

This is really simple. If they don't take a credit card, it's a scam. I'm surprised we still need to repeat this. And they have a $200 minimum order, just to make sure their scam of you is worthwhile.

A second thing to look for is a physical address and working phone number.

And a third is to support the honest vendors we have used through the years. No new, unknown internet store is going to have the solid relationships with suppliers necessary to undercut established businesses.

With a 30 million dollar order you'd think they'd at least waive the $29.99 shipping LOL. Though I guess the 4 million off for using Venmo is a plus.

These scammers are awful, and it's good that we have sites like this to keep an eye on and share info about these scum looking to steal from us.
