Another Scam Site -- Ripping Off Name of Legit Store

Alph[ex] Firearms website is a FRAUD there is a legit gun store in Kansas with that name but someone not associated with that shop has created a website to piggyback of that legit gun store and they claim to have all the reloading components in stock but you have to use PayPal F&F, CashApp, Zelle or Bitcoin. They will tell you they have it in stock luckily after an attempt was made and it was declined. I then did my due dilligence i couldnt do it before as we all know that you only have minutes before a store is out of stock on varget i then found all these postings and that obviously sealed the deal.

DO NOT BUY FROM Alph[ex]firearms.com

Folks,

In about 15 seconds I was able to add 1000 8-lb containers of Varget to the Shopping Cart for that Alph[ex] scam site.

You can protect yourself very easily.
1. Avoid ANY site that does not take Visa/MC/Discover or Amex.

2. Test with large quantities of hard-to-find powder or primers.

--- I am going to lock this thread after a day and then delete it because I don't want these scam sites to even appear in our searchable database.

The real site does NOT have the "EX" in brackets. You get the idea. I do NOT want people to link to scam sites.

If you paid via PayPal and didn't use Friends & Family, they (PP) will get your money back. If PP charges your credit card and for some reason won't pay you, you can reverse the charges with your cc company. If you used PP F&F they won't refund your money. But you still might be able to recover from the cc company. I'm not sure about that one, never having tried that.

I never use PP F&F for that reason. Also, using F&F for an on line purchase just seems vaguely dishonest. I'd rather give PP the extra 3% and not be vulnerable to a scam.
Paypal figures out you're buying gun parts, components they will steal your $$. It happens a lot.
