I noticed this morning that President Joe Biden along with the UK has placed sanctions on the import of Russian oil and coal.

I wonder if it has occurred to him to lift the sanctions that he has placed on the U.S domestic production? Evidently not, it was noted that the U.S will import Venezuelan and Iranian oil.

Joe evidently never heard of the old saying, “When you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.”

I don't think this will have as big of an impact on Russia that it is supposed to have. Late last week Russia signed on to the Chinese credit system, any financial impact expected to happen from loss of US and Euro dollars means virtually nothing now. China will purchase their oil and we will continue to pay more for everything from gasoline to groceries.

Not until it's $7.50 or we're closer to midterms. Biden is following the Obama doctrine of cap and trade, dirty energy must "necessarily skyrocket".

Most US companies importing Russian oil had already stopped on their own, however they had not been able to purchase Venezuela oil. And Joe wants to desperately do business with the other country promising to destroy America(Iran). I guess accepting money from Russia, China and Ukraine(before the current president) isn't enough for the Biden crime family. Seems like he flavors countries that kill dissidents, maybe some fore shadowing.

Mark, I wish I could agree with you. Here in Wisconsin, I hear stories daily of election irregularities. From the election nothing has changed here. I hope I am wrong but see no reason for things to change in the next election. I believe if all of us on this site were in a room together, we would disagree on many things, at the end of the day we would allow each other to follow our own beliefs. Can say the same thing about the other side?
