Query re Grizzly.com

Just not up with the play re US companies.
I tried to buy a Hart front rest, but they (Hart) say that they don't sell Internationally.
Then I found the Grizzly.com folks.
Yes, they will sell me a front rest (Bald Eagle this time).
But they only accept a Bank wire transfer, or Western Union payment.
Should I be worried?
I have no protection if they don't send the item (do I?).
Anyone have dealings with them?
Thanks for any advice.

Forum Boss: Grizzly Industrial is a very reputable company. However be absolutely 100% sure that you are dealing with the real enterprise and not some imposter website you found through a google search. Make a phone call to verify.

Very top notch company. Shiraz is a serious FClass shooter. Why don't you buy one from Stuart and Annie of BRT Shooters Supply in OZ?

Well, I would but they don't have the cast-iron 'triangle' model. Only have the alloy.
I am only looking at the non-windage models, as that is what I use now at the club, and I'm quite OK with just moving the rear bag around to get on target (I'm not a 'freestyle' shooter, I like to hold my rifle).
That 'might' be OK for rimfire benchrest (?) or do I really need the heavy cast-iron model?
Thanks for your replies folks.
Much appreciated. I feel happier now that you have verified Grizzly are OK.
Just in case, here's where I went...is this the right site?

If I were to guess, it probably has something to do with the fee that their CC service provider will charge them for the currency conversion. If you send them a bank or Western Union wire transfer, they are getting the funds in USD so they don't have to pay any currency conversion fees.

No way id get a cast iron rest when aluminum is available. The footprint keeps it stable not weight

That's what scared me. No CC...had to be Bank transfer or Western Union.
It's scary.
.com, .net, .org... Making sure you are on the correct site is tricky. Ask for a link from a trusted friend that can verify from past transactions is a good way. Too good to be true deals and electronic payments only is also a red flag. What's this world coming to? The internet is a blessing and a curse, and even the phones are full of scammers.

If I knew the exact site address, I would send it to you. Now I have to do my homework and look for it myself!

BRT do have the alloy slingshot windage model.
That may have to be the one.
Thought I'd top it off with the Bald Eagle Front bag, 2.25".
That's because my CZ457 At-One stock is only 2" across anyway.
I have read that the Protektor bags are all too wide (5.75"), and Bald Eagle uses 4.5" bag width.
I'll wait to see your thoughts about the bag before putting in an order to BRT.
No use my getting Protektor to make a bag as the cost from USA would make that not worth doing.
Thanks for all help and advice so far. Very much appreciated.
Edit: just fired off an email to Protektor to ask about making a bag. Who knows...they might surprise me!

They are a very reputable company. I’m surprised that they won’t take a CC from you, but perhaps it has to do with you being international.

Furthermore, you need not be afraid to buy anything with "Bald Eagle" stamped on it. Many of us have bought his equipment, and attended competition matches with him. He has designed some unique tools for shooting, and Mr. Gebhardt is a good guy as well.
