Budget precision 6.5 creedmoor

Hi guys. I am considering a budget 6.5 cm precision rifle 24” barrel build and I was considering either a Remington 700 barrel and action or a howa 1500. Which one would you guys pick or is there a better option? The other thing is that I wanted to be able to find a chassis for it. Any info would be helpful, thanks.

The Howa is fine but the 700 has more choices. If you want to stick to your budget, you should be able to find used stuff here for a 700.
A 700 with a nut barrel and a pillar/glass bedded Boyd's pro-varmint would be pretty cheap. Make any mods to the stock for rails easy.
If you want a chassis, I like the KRG bravo, better than whatever their higher end one.
