Bonanza 68 Press, How Good Was It?

I have a shot at one of these here locally that’s in good shape. Anyone in love with them? Better than the new stuff?

Looks like a built tough product from the 60's. Go for it if the price is right.

Just looking into it for an extra. Price is right.
If it’s really good though, I might donate it to my good friend who is getting started. He knows how to load but has never had his own stuff.

Memory says it is a well built "o" frame cast iron press. If it will take a standard shell holder and 7/8-14 dies and is at a price you deem good I would purchase it. Only down side may be not being able to prime on the press, don't know if they were set up to be able to do that.

This one on fleabay shows a primer seating kit comes with it.

I’m a hand priming guy anyway. I love my chucker, but having an extra press around for odds and ends couldn’t hurt.

I do wish there was a tray fed bench primer other than the Lee. I have seen a primer tube ignite and not a fan haha.
