Anybody got any cool non shooting habits?

I have the DJI Pro (with screen), didn't want the hassle of connecting a phone or tablet every time I flew. I used it as an insurance adjuster for the last 4 years or so over some major storm damage.
Yea...connecting the IPhone 12 is a bit troublesome.....but I'll live with it for now

Horses. Specifically, trail riding in the great State and National Forests in this country. I have a 26 year old Tennessee Walking Horse Mare that I bought when she was 5 Years old. We had a living quarters horse trailer and would take the horses and camp for a week at a time to ride. One great ride was the Gettysburg Battlefield. It gives an enlightened perspective to the battle ground. Then there is Fort Valley Virginia, where we rode in the George Washington National Forest. One trail there takes you to the top of Kennedy Peak where you look out over the Shenandoah Valley. A spectacular view. Most of our riding was in PA and OH but we made a couple trips to the Hoosier National Forest in Indiana.

Horses take you to places in a dimension that is not possible with an engine blaring in your ears. A lot of the horse has to do with the romance of the Cowboy. Horses have made me a better man. They teach you patience and humility. If they trust and respect you, you will have partner that will take you places no dirt bike will ever go. If you choose to take the old Cowboy domination attitude to the horse, they will let you know how small you are.

I float our local river fishing, used to use John boat bit during 2020 we purchased fishing kayak for the family and have been doing alot of fishing om the river the last few years. Always enjoy getting outside.

Also been looking at a drone. I have always liked flying and wanted to pilot something (helicopter). A drone maybe as close to it as I ever get...

Ive been racing motorcycles since i was a very young lad so off road riding is a hobby i have had since my first 1978 honda i still have. Heres a toy i just built for poker runs just for showing out a bit. My brother has a 350x and i replaced my overbore 250r with this. Had to sacrifice one of my mx bikes for it but it sure is a lot of fun.

Bad *ss!! Is this a TPC kit/build?

Early on. Softball, bowling and racquetball. Finally quit racquetball 4 years ago after 38 years. There's one in there for winning the sled pull at the biker party in town with my 1995 stroker Road King. No one said you couldn't have a couple of hundred pounds of rock crushing hammers in your saddlebags....20220102_165139.jpg

In all my years of flying airplanes I don't ever remember seeing a NOTAM for model rocket launches. Do you guys need to get permission from the FAA? At the altitudes listed on this thread there definitely could be a conflict.
You do for a drone, anything over 400' AGL

Once did some mean bodysurfing, back in the day. "Habit" is a good word for it. "Addiction" is probably a better one. (Injuries preclude doing much of such things, these days, sadly.)

General photos of the type of spot and waves that were commonly sought:
