Full brim orange hat.

I’m looking for a full round brimmed orange hat that I can wear during the PA gun season. Looking for something that keeps the snow from falling down the back of my neck.
waterproof or at least resistant would be a welcome plus.
I don’t need it to be a cowboy style either, just bright enough to meet PA’s saftey orange requirements. It would make me especially happy if it were an American owned company that actually produced their products in America.

So just like the Simply Rugged holster that I absolutely love which is a recommendation that came from this sight , Go !!!!

what is wrong with a cowboy hat? i hunt on top the allegheny's on the dividing ridge in Northern cambria county Pa and there is almost always snow during deer.and alot of archery season. a cowboy hat workes quite well, i have the plastic cover and a orange tossel hat when needed.snow this year too!

I usually wear a rain/wind proof camo jacket and pants with either a camo orange beanie or ball cap.
Beanie first thing in the morning or if the wind picks up.
Then switch over to the ball cap when it gets warmer, i'm exerting myself, or in the vehicle.

I'll be out in Elk & Moshannon State Forests again tomorrow & Saturday.

nice area! i used to hunt Moshannon below rt80 west of Bald Eagle till my buddy and i had to "carry" out the small buck i stupidly shot a loooong way back in! what seemed to be @3 miles! after staying out all night and closed the bar and forgot to pack a lunch!!
oh the good old days !

Thanks for the input guys. Kinda looking for what anyone on here has bought and whether or not it is or was a quality piece. Nothing wrong with a cowboy style hat at all. It’s just not mandatory. When paddling I wear either a huge Mexican style cowboy or a floppy boo or style.
I’ve looked local to me for a couple of years for a orange full brim. No luck so far.

oops wrong store pic of: mine when new.

No meat lost. Fine shot at that distance...

If you can find one of these Jones style blaze camo hats they work great for gun hunting in Wisconsin. Waterproof, insulated, fold down rear brim, ear warmer flaps. If you've got a hood on your jacket, you can put it up over the hat if necessary. They show up on flea bay once in a while.IMG_20211214_203821.jpgIMG_20211214_203331.jpgIMG_20211214_203504.jpgIMG_20211214_203528.jpg
