Beware Companies with Weird Payment Procedures

Looking for bullets on line, and a couple with "rare" bullets in stock and at old prices only offer payment via bitcoin, zelle, or some other on-line service. Seems a bit unusual to me, or am I just out of touch?

I would see if those companies have any bad reviews or complaints before I would buy. Usually, you can enter in the company name followed by complaints or reviews in your browser and see if anything pops up.

New business with something no one else can get, paid for with untraceable, non recoverable funds.
Just a bad idea all the way around to order

Lots of recent horror stories about hard to find items that can only be purchased with Zelle, F&F Paypal or Crypto. Personally, even as a modern person who has no issue using any of those for payment I would RUNNNNNNNN when it comes to people magically having those items in stock combined with odd payment sources (especially when you have no recourse on those sources).
