I inherited my grandfather's reloading gear and I'm new to reloading. So, if I ask a dumb question, I apologize in advance. Most things I can look threw Sinclair or other sites and find but having difficulty identifying this.

Its an arbor press for using Wilson dies. Great tool to have. Primarily used with seating dies.
