Ok this is my dumbass move for this year so I got it out of the way early. Got several of my rifles out to clean them and decided to take out my 6.5x47 rifle to play with it a little. Shot the 6.5x47 and it was grouping horribly. Gave up on it after about 16 rounds and decided to call it quits and save supplies. I checked everything at the range that I could and seen no issues? Checked more things at home and nothing? I deprimed and went to resized the 16 rounds I shot and noticed issues resizing them. Got looking close at the brass and they look really odd at the shoulder/body junction so I measured them and the ones I just resized and there is almost .014 difference! Then it hit me,... I got the bolts mixed up in the rifles. I may have trashed 16 pieces of Lapua 6.5x47 brass by pushing the shoulder forward about .014. They probably would resize but the shoulder/body seem looks odd so there out.
