6 BRA and Barts 103 dominators B C question

is /has anyone run these in there 6 br ackley and what did the bc true out to
looking for a bc starting point to estimate come ups
also if you have shot them how did they work
shot my 1st 20 FF loads of 29.5gr 4895 with the 103s jammed .011 and velocity avg was 2905 which seemed a little high
28" krieger 7.5 twist

As far the I don't have a clue on BC. but why waste good bullets fire forming? and yes that is about right on velocity, shoot a little less powder like 29 even. I use junk 105 +bullets ..... jim

You can find a correct answer both ways (Jump or Jam). I usually start at touch and move into the rifling .002 at a time. Most of the time I’ll find a good seating depth around .006 to 012 into the rifling.

For those that have to travel to a range you can pre load long and use the seating die to back out easier.002 at a time. same thing Bart is doing but in reverse...... jim

How do you find touching?
There are several different methods. Alex Wheeler did a really good video showing how to find touch with a striped bolt. I believe it’s on YouTube.

Another method is to mark/color a bullet. Seat the bullet long in an empty cartridge. Place it the action and close the bolt. Keep seating the Bullet deeper into the case until the marks disappear. Re-color the Bullet each time.
