There were some (not a lot) Alliant powders available the past 2 days @ Natchez.
some pistol powders, RL10X, RL17, RL23, RL23, RL33

Yes sir in both singles and 8 pounders, they had just about everything except Retumbo from what I seen and they might have had that at first.
