Hi,

I received tons of emails recently, which honestly slowed down my work to finish the rests, especially that I don't speak/write English very well so it usually takes time for me to reply most emails.

Please contact your local dealer to order my products.
I avoid / don't to ship to individual in the countries that I have had a dealer, unless for special occasions such as donation for a match or as gift.

HOW I DO BUSINESS: *(Copied from my website, and based from my past experience)

When contacting me, please let me know your name and where you come from.

When ordering, please clearly describe what you want, model, measurements, etc.

Please remember/understand that English is not my first language.

There is no deposit to get on the waiting list. I do not require a deposit for a few reasons and payment is only due when the goods are ready to ship.

I will give you an estimated delivery time in my reply.

Due to my workload, I generally don’t contact customers to inform them that the items are ready, instead we rely on you to follow up with us if you still wish to purchase the product.

Please contact me and remind us about your order when your goods are close to the quoted estimate previously given, please do this preferably using the previous email or message.

If you don’t contact me within the estimated delivery time (plus a reasonable period of time), I will consider that you do not need the item(s) anymore. I will give “your item” to the next person in the queue.

I work on first-come and first-served basis. Please do not offer “high $$$$” or ask to jump to the front of the queue, I will not sacrifice other people’s position in the queue.

I will quote shipping costs and endeavor to find you the best shipping option to get your items to you safely and efficiently. We generally use Fedex or TNT as they give us the best price and service. Occasionally we use EMS, depending on their shipping rate, the destination, and the weight/volume of your items. Sea-freight is only used for bulk shipments.

We currently ship our products to more than 30 countries, as such we receive a “Corporate Rate” which is much cheaper than normal rates.

I accept U.S. Funds via wire transfer or Paypal only.
No credit/debit cards, postal money order, or bank check.
I will ship only after funds have been received.

I don’t normally send a formal invoice, I issue these only for bulk orders to our Dealers. To ship your merchandize, I will need your full name, correct & complete physical shipping address, plus a phone number. It is generally not possible ship to a P.O Box.

Due to foreign exchange rates and material cost changes, our prices are subject to change.

The (new 2021) "Joypod-X"

I add some anodize colors (not on all parts, as I still want to keep my 'distinctive feature'; polished rests/bipods. It will be available in Blue, Red, Green, Purple, Black and Light Bronze.

It has more radiused top & picatinny, improved locking levers and internal parts.

The most important improvement is, I add a simple "brake" on each leg so that your rifle wouldn't fall under its weight. It can be easily adjusted (if needed). As you can see in the video.

Thanks to Robert (Bob) Bock! who gave me a suggestion to create something so that the height adjustment of the Joypod can be more easier and precise for his Rimfire shooting.

I realized that the brake would also be useful for most Joypod owners.
Yes, it can be retrofitted to the old Joypods.
Someones with some mechanical skills can do it by themselves, manually.
I will provide the drill and tap and the measurement/drawing, too. (I use metric standard M4x0.7 thread).
In the USA, you can also send your old Joypod to Ernie/Dan to install the brake.
Any gunsmiths can also do the job very easily.

Yes it would be about 10-15% increased price due to the improvements.
That is nothing compared to the improvements.

It's 19.2 Oz, or 544 grams, including the joystick and picatinny adapter.

I do not make the Podpad anymore. I will concentrate on my rests, the Joypod-X, and some other products. The NEO-X around late 2021, probably another ELR bipod also.

***There are a few copy cats in Italy, Canada, Brazil, and a few other places I can't know one by one. I even have a really loyal admirer in Italy he even copies my Mini-X and Joypod.

Those look awesome Seb, I can’t wait to get mine in Blue. I love the new features.
