Best rear bag sand(s)?

I just got a new Bigfoot bag, and matching doughnut, and I am about out of heavy and silica sand. I need to buy some sand, so I began as I usually do, looking around on the internet, and found that there are a lot of different kinds of sand, hence this thread. This is a question for serious competition shooters (who do not mind sharing information) What sand, or combination do you prefer for a rear sandbag? Thanks

I use an 80/20 mix of heavy (chromite ) and medium/ coarse regular sand in the base at 95% fill , followed by medium coarse in the ears at about 98 ish%
I've recently added a couple spoonfuls into the base for extra stability.

Sinclair heavy sand in the base and dead bottom. In the past I used parakeet gravel in ears and front bags. It’s a mixture of sea shells/oyster shells and sand. It’s no longer for sale, must’ve offended a parakeet. I’m currently playing with crushed seashells. The finer the better, I think. Probably doesn’t make a damned bit of difference is what I’ve gathered in talking to different people. Seems everyone has different concoctions.

Heavy sand in base. Black Diamond medium grit blasting sand ( TSC ) in ears. I don't pack it to the point it rounds the bottom or bulges the sides -essentially keeping it's original shape. If I did not have heavy sand I would use coarse regular sand in base.
Ratigan's book has a good explanation that made sense to me - using media that is jagged and has multiple shapes- definitely not round spheres as found in beach sand.

Sinclair heavy sand in the base, playground sand in the ears. I pack the heavy sand hard in the base. I fill the playground sand in the ears so it fits the rudder on my stock.

Petco sales sand for lizards, and creatures of the desert, they have sand for the fish and calcium sea shell’s ground up,multiple sands at the pet store ! My new Lenzi bag has Lizard sand in the bottom and a mixture of silica sand in ears seems to be working good ! No play ground sand for me !

Going to cost you an arm and a leg and possibly part of
your lower region but, Tungsten powder in the mix will
sure pack on the weight I would imagine !!

Just throwing this out there-- might violate IBS rules about "sand only" and "no metallic materials." Being a Bigfoot bag, I don't see the point to gain more weight. I had enough trouble lugging a Gator bag full of heavy sand, and it certainly never moved from shooting.
