.416 Barrett reamer print

Looking for .416 Barrett reamer print
Here is what I would do if I was in your position. - Get your brass FIRST.
Then contact the manufacturer of choice (I personally like JGS) and then send them a dummy round and they’ll provide you a print.

will not be using a reamer to make the chamber on the CNC
I'm well aware of where the brass is manufactured & by who. I have several hundred rounds of it.
And there is a bit of neck wall thickness variations from Lot to Lot. - What I do is Neck Turn my brass and maintain a 0.0025 neck clearance on each side (total of 0.005 for a loaded round using a 500 gr. A-Tip or Cutting Edge Bullet)

What I Do Not understand is your statement "will not be using a reamer to make the chamber on the CNC"...

The reason I state this is, the 416 Barrett is NOT a SAAMI standard cartridge here in the USA, so there are NO set manufacturing "standards" for chambers or components.

I'm going to say it One Last Time, Get the Brass First, then have the Finisher Chambering Reamer Built Around it. - And I'd go with a 0.110 Lead In on the Chambering Reamer and get a separate 0.416 Throating Reamer to set the final Lead-In / Throat for the desired bullets you are planning to shoot.

Brass is from Ruag , will not be using a reamer to make the chamber on the CNC

From your reply seems you only need the dimensions to program and tool up your CNC. Since Ruag is European, possibly their brass is a decent match to the CIP drawings. I would definitely do a through compare of drawings to actual brass before writing the code. Regrettably the SAAMI spec (that once existed) had problems and was removed, so far not to be replaced.

From a practical standpoint (cost in time spent coding, material in proofing, and the end result), I suspect you would be well ahead of the game by contacting Alan or Dan at Warner Tool (https://www.warner-tool.com/reloading-dies/) to inquire about them chambering your barrel and providing dies. They are able to chamber, test fire (with your brass) to get the needed fired brass samples, and then build dies to exactly match - I'm reasonably sure they already have the reamer to chamber your barrel.
