We already have a background check system in place. This "New" background check is simply a way for the Govt. to have a file as to who has what. And yes. I firmly believe that they already have this information. This is just a way for them to make that list legit...

This information was probably gathered right after the Patriot Act was signed by G.W. Bush.

The bipartisan registration act, is the precursor to HR 1. When registration is in place, then HR1 is punched through in some form. The 2022 elections will be locked in, flipping republican seats. Which will speed up the path to confiscation through taxation. Also will speed up the elimination of the middle class. Private Property rights will follow. The dems want to do this in the first 100 days, as they are not sure of Joe's mental state or HOW AMERICANS WILL REACT TO A STAND IN PRESIDENT WHO COULDN'T EVEN GET 1% OF PRIMARY VOTES, writing executive orders. Because so far there has only been the blue state bailout act( stimulus bill) and unconstitutional orders. If you don't think this is serious, the first day in office, Joe shutdown thousands of union job's, his supposed base.

Don’t wave the white flag yet. Get on the phone, email, letter or whatever and tell your senators that if they back this assault on the 2nd amendment that you are going to fire their ass in the next election. That’s the only thing they fear.

I think some gun owners won't speak up because they don't want to be known as gun owners--- the ones that won't buy a gun if they have to do a background check.

I've got mixed feelings about this bill. I was a legitimate dealer for years but I saw "others" setting up tables at the local flea market and dealing out of their trunks at gun shows. Nearly all of these sellers were pushing guns to people who can not buy guns through legal channels. In other words a black market right in our face. Complaints to the BATF did no good since they had no means to stop the dealers from selling their "own personal collection" (guns they just bought somewhere yesterday) to an individual that couldn't buy a legal firearm. You can yell at your senator or representative or chat back and forth but the fact is we let it happen right under our noses and did nothing about it. The black market for illegal gun sales is taking away your right to sell your pistol to your son or neighbor and we did nothing to stop it.

Yeah. Remember the Twomey-Manchin Universal Background Check bill from about 8 years ago? Plus Red Flag Laws, etc...

I agree that Joe is a Weasel but at the moment he is the most powerful man in the senate and for sale to the highest bidder.

Not me. Went to a funeral visitation today and wore a mask for that as requested. The family that I knew and spoke with are not in favor of the phony mask deal, but I'm sure the funeral director demanded it thanks to our weasel D governor. All the lies are slowly unraveling.
