Lucas red “n” tacky or Lucas Red “n” tacky #2

We just went thru this very recently. All knowledge of threaded joints and the people in this business recommends high pressure grease.
Yeah ; but some people have to keep trying to re-invent the wheel , cause it doesn't fit their vision of what the wheel should look like . In their mind , anyway . ;):D:D:D
 
Teflon or moly based greases can break group agg records. I never liked anti seize because you can see the metal impregnated on the shoulder of the barrel. I never cared for any solid material there. But I am sure many have had success. I think the machine work may be more important than the grease. I did see a video not long ago about degreasing the the shoulder and only greasing the threads. Someone got a copy of rifle accuracy facts ;) DO NOT do that.
