I use ARP Assembly Lube.

The green grease that Kelbly's sends with all their actions. I think it's called NP2 Prolong. Never seized a barrel using it.

Yeah ; but some people have to keep trying to re-invent the wheel , cause it doesn't fit their vision of what the wheel should look like . In their mind , anyway .

That's the grease. I don't know anything about the "snake oil" treatment, but I know the grease works.

I've been using Bel-Ray Waterproof Grease. It's as thick as you could possibly make grease.

Teflon or moly based greases can break group agg records. I never liked anti seize because you can see the metal impregnated on the shoulder of the barrel. I never cared for any solid material there. But I am sure many have had success. I think the machine work may be more important than the grease. I did see a video not long ago about degreasing the the shoulder and only greasing the threads. Someone got a copy of rifle accuracy facts DO NOT do that.
