Unfortunately I'm stuck away from my computer for a few hours, and I give longer replies and would love to chat more a bit later.
While I'm ony phone I can provide a quick summary:
We did unfortunately miss one ping for a product we were not watching on natchez. It was entirely our fault, I try to maintain as up to date list as possible but this one slipped the crack.
Another ping happened early this week, which we successfully caught, then took action to message everyone, but we found one final bug in the sending process to which when we asked primerprimer.com who all was subscribed, it only returned the most recent 10.
So 10 members were texted. Was so happy to see all the gears turn correctly, but equally disappointed it didn't text everyone, and again, I apologize.

Additionally, this month has been really light on retailers getting primers in stock, which is unfortunate and equally frustrating.
When I get back to my computer I can respond in more detail.
Again, I apologize for the growing pains and bugs.. new software is difficult to launch, and with the most recent 90% successful ping, I am very excited for the next retailer to get primers in stock.
