Small head flat head screws

What source for 1/4-28 flat head screws with a smaller than standard head diameter, to fit, for instance, a BAT trigger guard? Looks like a maximum head diameter of ~.400 would work.
I could turn down standard flat heads, but I’d rather not.

The BAT trigger guard screws are the nicest screws available and they will fit into a .375" counterbore.

Good luck on that I've spent more than a couple hrs looking for the same. One place said they had them, they didn't!! I just turn them down to fit. I refuse to pay what Bat wants for a couple of screws.
