Crack in MagPul Stock

Bob, you are right. The stock I have is just like the one Rusty has pictured. I bought the 6mm new and it came with a somewhat beaver tailed laminated stock. I was not satisfied with the stock, it was just to slick. I wanted to change stocks. I was at the gun club and a friend had just purchased a MagPul Hunter for his 7mm08. We fired 20 rounds sighting it at 200 . I liked the feel and look of the stock and when he told me what he paid for it I ordered one the next day. When the stock arrived I was in a hurry to try it out. The 6mm has always shot good and I felt it would do better with a better stock. I got the action torqued down loaded the Tahoe and headed to the range. The stock had a lot better feel than the laminated one. The first three shots were off about and inch and half. A quick adjustment and it was on the dot at 100 yds. I fired five more rounds and you could cover them with a dime. I was happy. However, I did notice a slight problem with getting my eye lined up with the scope. I put a level on the cheek piece and found my rings were a little short. No problem I had high rings a home. Back to the house a quick ring change and back to the range. The high rings fixed the eye problem and after twelve rounds I was on the dot at 200 yds. and the rifle is still on target. I plan on giving the stock a good work out on coyotes this spring and if it continues to do well I will be getting one for my 25-06.

Ok...I'm gonna ask.
When they said that it wouldn't be a problem, were they saying that it wouldn't get worse and for you to accept that or..
Not a problem, send it back for repair/replacement?

Needs more context. One is acceptable and one is not.
