Sorry to hear of your possible exposure, Paula. My wife has Sjogrens and Fibro courtesy of a med she was allergic to and not properly prescribed, so we just don't go out ANYWHERE. But you are not immune compromised, like my wife, you have an overactive immune system so proper precautions must be taken.
Start resourcing antibody treatments in your area in case you test positive. Stop the inflammation ASAP before it can do the damage and trigger widespread immune reactions that can be worse than the disease.
