Brown & Sharpe repairs?

My Brown & Sharpe IP67 has stopped working, as in it will not turn on. I thought that the battery had simply died but after trying 2 new ones the calipers still will not turn on.

I have been trying to figure out how to go about getting these repaired but the Brown & Sharpe parent company TESA/Hexagonmi has little to no info on their webpage about warranty repairs, at least that I can find.

Has anyone with an IP67 had theirs experience the same issue (will not turn on)?

Can anyone point me in a good direction for getting these repaired? I know that Long Island Indicator service is good but I have not heard back from them (emailed a week ago) and I have to imagine they are swamped.

try the practical machinist forum they may can walk you through a simple solution, I hope u never know

@josh shrum, not sure if you found someone to repair your B&S but i just used the above recommendation and i can’t say enough good things. I mailed my indicator on the 18th, I approved the repairs on the 1st and it was on my door step today. It would have been faster if I would have known the repair quote went to my spam folder.
