Ammo for the kid

When John got his smallbore we couldn't afford to ship it out and have ammo tested so we did the next best thing. We benched it and shot groups of 25 changing every 5 for 5 target sets. Did all the major brands and found lapua midas to be the best follow by SK red, then Eley tenex. I couldn't afford the Lapua, but the sk red was close and I could afford it. I usually have mild heart attacks 2 times a year and buy a couple thousand. Now I can't find any ammo. We still have some, but John is practicing hard for JOs again, so we are running through it. Not only is it hard to get, but places like Graft&son are limiting the amount. I get people are scared and stock piling, but it's starting to hurt the kids competing. Our club used to do air and smallbore, but gone now to air only because of the difficulty trying to outfit 10 kids with decent ammo. I don't know the answer, just venting mostly as I've spent the last 2 hours trying to find SK red matched with no luck, and trying to figure a plan B for when he runs out. Is there a Saint of ammo I could pray to for help. Thanks for letting me vent.

I've got four boxes of SK match same lot. On the box, the SK is red and the 50 is in a red circle. 3 boxes of Midas plus, 2 are same lot. 2 boxes of Center-X, different lots. $5.00 a box, free shipping. Hey Mike I'm PM you. I appreciate it and I'll get with you to buy your ammo. Every little red box I can get I'll snag. That will let him practice with red, and save the matched lots till closer to competition. What we did for Drew Cup was practice with SK yellow till a week out, then switched over to the SK red the week prior to leaving for the event. That allowed adjustments to the gun for the ammo used for the match. It must of worked he made the Drew Cup team, shot second in the match. I appreciate your help.

Champions Choice has wolf match extra in stock as of this evening. If it shoots in his gun its $865 for a case Delivered. That’s fairly Decent considering what we’re gonna be going through these next few years.
