6.5x284 Norma Load Data?

I’m trying to work up some hunting loads using Lapua brass, Federal GM210M primers and Nosler Accubond LR 142gr Bullets. I typically use 51grs RL19 powder. Unfortunately I can’t find the powder anywhere. I have a good supply of Hodgen Hybrid 100V. Does anyone have any Load data for this combination?

I have 100v and get poor accuracy's. R 26 and H1000 worked better for me

H4831sc works well with almost any 140-144 gr. match bullet and I suspect it will with the Accubond also. Around 51.0-52.0 gr. Didn't have any luck with 100V either, but you could always try it.

55gr of H1000 and a 140gr Berger has shot half inch or better in multiple rifles with velocities around the 2950 mark.

I never could get enough H1000 in the case to get the velocity up to normal. I used H4381 for along time then started using VV165. I think VV165 is the answer.

Stomp, you are absolutely correct! In F-Open, when I first started, I had a 6.5 x 284. My load with H1000 was 54.7grs with a 140 Hybrid. Two of my friends, who shoot F-Open, used 55.0grs of H1000 with GREAT success! It is a proven load and powder!

Center to center you measure the edges of the group then deduct the bullet diameter that gives you center to center

I appreciate the information. I’m not having a lot of luck finding powder right now, but I like your results and will give it a try when I can find RL23.

The lowest flame temp powders many claim to be best for barrels and long life. H100v. VV165 and H1000 are the lowest and i think in that order.

So I switched to Berger 140 VLD and I worked up a load that is giving me .58“ groups with 50.8 gr Hodgen H100v. .050 jump. Virtually the same results with 50.3 gr IMR7828SSC. Thanks everyone for the feedback. Hopefully the reloading supplies return to normal soon and we can all return to our pet loads.
