Soo............What was decided on this problem. I, and maybe others, would like to know.

I intend to use a modified case and some mildly abrasive compound to knock off the sharper edges and see what happens.
I am approaching the high end of the load I am working up and so far have had no issues with extraction. The brass was from factory Hornady ammo that has now been reloaded and fired once. I have loaded it a second time and will be shooting those this weekend.
I will try to update the thread if anything new develops.
