Are you using a VPN on your computer. If yes shut it down and see if it does any good.

Benchrest Central Forum is running fine.
Benchre Central home page is running fine.
I just tested it with Desktop, iPad, iPhone, Android, and 5 browsers: Chrome, Safari, MS Edge, Firefox, and Brave.
The issue is on your machine (or might be a slow connection from your ISP).
Benchrest Central is non-https -- you may have a security block in place, or a corrupt cache. Suggest you delete your history. And TYPE in the URL. Do NOT rely on a bookmark (which may be messed up).
