Shot marker or camera

We are using ShotMarker for NRA F/ Class Matches.
Deep Creek last week had big scores at 1000 Yards !

The shotmarker would be more damage prone because the sensors have to be at 4 corners around your target so there's always of chance of shooting one. That said, the sensors are $40 each so it's not that big of a deal if you do. Just put the sensor hub well out of the way otherwise if you shoot that, it's $500.

I disagree; at least wish regard to my 1st generation BullsEye target cam vs the Shot Marker.

For the camera to pick up bullet holes on black paper, it must be pretty much right in front of the target - the closer to the center, both vertically, and horizontally the better. The Shot marker sensors are in the extreme corners of the target board. On a 6' x 6' target board, that is approx 4 ' from the center of the x ring.
 
Shotmarker is ordered! Was thinking of this to check targets.
