Does this scope exist?

A good friend is having problems finding scopes that meet his needs. He’s a lefty and side focus does not work for him. Additionally, he prefers
- Fine crosshair or FCH with small dot
- Target turrets or semi target turrets
- Variable power topping at 24 or 25x
- No Christmas tree or other BDC type reticle
- Pricing under $800
- Repeatable erector system with positive clicks
So far Weaver V Series scopes have filled the bill but supplies of these are drying up. Are there any current production scopes with similar specs?

Sounds exactly like the Sightron big sky my BIL just purchased. 6-24 fch dot adjustable objective, Sightron known for good turrets, he said he can hear and feel them. I think he was just over 300(used no ring marks). He is going to put it on a 22-250 build for pd next summer.

Is the Big Sky still in production?

I'd check with member Lance, first.
Really good pricing along with giving someone from the forum your business.

Leupold 6.5x20 Vari x III older production. There are a whole lot of them out there. The most I ever paid for one was $475 tall turrets and I can't find a flaw in it. Gary

If he's willing to go up the ladder a little bit he could get a NF 8-32BR that would check all the boxes, esp if he looks in the used world and is patient.

(I've got one that's not mounted that I'd part with for only a little more but it's got an NP-2DD reticle)

All replies are greatly appreciated. It appears that objective lens adjustment is a thing of the past. Apparently left-handers are (as usual) SOL.

Turn the scope so the parralax adjust is on top. No the best solution but would work. He must have short arms.

Use an AO scope.

One Example:
Vortex crossfire II 6-24x50 AO, not sure about what crosshair options, but AO will be left friendly.

Linekin -
If parallax is on top then what was windage (now elevation) would be on bottom next to receiver or mount. May not be enough room.
