Howa Mini Bottom Metal

I have been reading about and thinking of either a CZ or Howa mini, but have not made the final decision yet. Since the Howa has plastic bottom metal, I've been researching alternatives. I ran across Jefferson Outdoors who is making 2 products - one flush fit and one external magazine. Price is about the same as Diversified Innovative Products (DIP) external unit, but Jefferson also makes a flush fit and some have commented that it allows longer seating depth. It is a little pricier ($159) but it would make a super slick rifle for carrying around.

Thanks, that's good to know. I just bookmarked it. External magazines look cool, but when it comes to actually carrying a rifle at it's balance point, they are in the wrong place.

I have the Jefferson and it is a very nice piece for the money.
It just picked up a DIP for another project that will work fine. Also a good product and they make a lot of other items.

I think oregunsmith is supposed to have a trigger for the Mini shortly.
