Best rifle "backpack" case for PRS/hunting.

Hello,
I am looking for a rifle case/backpack in one. I was given one from Voodoo and I am not impressed with it. I have seen them for as much as $375 down to $75. Can anyone recommend one that they have used?

Get the rain cover, easy on/off and will keep the dirt/dust and grit off all the enclosures that contain your rifle, etc.

Look at Eberlesrock packs. Excellent packs and a lot of choices to pick what is needed for your shooting/hunting needs. I use a FAC Track for matches.

What is the intended use for the pack ? Are you going to backpack hunt ? Just carry a rifle and daypack shooting ? If you are going to carry any real weight then make sure the pack is designed with load lifters. I’m a Kifaru fan. Best weight carrying packs made and made in the USA. Strap your rifle to the pack in a cover for hiking and in a gunbearer for hiking while hunting.
An Eberlestock pack would be close to my last choice. No load lifters is a deal breaker for me. I also do my best to buy made in the USA.

From a hunting pack to "end of the world. One rifle is about 17 pds alone so I would assume I need load lifters. Thanks for the input.

Kifaru frame and the bag most suited for whatever you are doing. There’s a bunch of different bags to choose from and are interchangeable on the frame. Call Kifaru and talk to them. Aron and Frank really know what they’re doing. This time of year it can be hard to catch the guys in the office as they are out backpack hunting elk and deer but they won’t steer you wrong.

Kifaru is the best pack for the money,can`t go wrong. I know a few guys that own them and are rough on them and they`re still running. Jeff PS You can buy voodoo @ Walmart, that should tell you everything you need to know.
