QuickLoad Windows 10 upgrade

Neconos has an update coming that is supposed to address issues with QuickLoad when used in Windows 10.

I just updated my Laptop to Windows 10 and reloaded QuickLoad and it seems like it is working fine.

Have any of you had any issues with version 3.8 on Windows 10?

$55 isn't too much for an update but if I don't need it, I may hold off on it.

I currently have v.3.9 and before that v.3.8 and both of the ran just fine on my computer(s) running Windows 10. When Windows 10 first came out and the computer I was using, I ungraded the OS to it and my v.3.8 ran just fine then. Later, I obtained a new computer that came with Windows 10 and it has given me no problems at all running QuickLoad either.

Running Version 3.6, no problems running on W-10.

Shortly after Windows 10 came out, when you installed Quickload and it got to the end of the installation, to allow it to complete successfully, you had to go into the Task Manager and "end task" on the QL install. If you didn't, it uninstalled QL. NECO had instruction regarding this on their website. But with Windows 10 updates, this went away.

No other issue with V3.8 and data updates.

I wish I had win 7 or 8. When I got a new laptop it came with win10, so I'm kinda stuck with it.

Problem is i had Vista when i got Quickload.
Had to add a virtual machine on to run it.

I did not. I was told that it had 'the latest everything' but I didn't dig any deeper.

I just went to their website to purchase the update. $15.95 for it but then the ripoff artists want $14.55 USPS shipping. For what that software costs new the shipping should be free. He can keep it!
