I’ve been a contributing member at silver or gold status since I joined. I’ve benefitted greatly, but also feel that my annual contribution is adequate and I won’t go beyond that level. I have lots of irons in the fire so I do what I can both here and elsewhere. My monetary contributions here are still better than what the vast majority chip in.

a $10.00 a month donations is little or nothing to most of us. Can be automatically done through PayPal. Like most of us, this site serves as a source of enlightenment as well entertainment to me. At 33 cents a day. that's about the cost of a single bullet.

Comcast canceled GRIT in my area. I canceled Comcast

You can’t keep drawing water from the same well forever.

Look at the the notable members list with at least 4,000 posts...20% are Non paying..Why? Because Free is Free..97% think so...

And I've noticed the one's that are getting a "free ride" are the one's that bitch the loudest when a discussion comes up. True colors really start to come out. Not sure I'd want to be at the next bench when it came to trigger time.
