CA ammo background check

What happens in California will some day come to the rest of us in fly over states. Just look at the rest room issue of a few years ago. Events in California saddens me and raises for fears. Don't have a legal answer to the problem. Guess we as gun owners are becoming a minority. Not only that, but one that it is fashionable to bash. Along with my hunting, I love to target shoot. I attempt to do both legally and safely, yet daily I hear what a bad person this makes me. We ill never see Utopia. These old hippies, now politicians, must have forgotten the line about live and let live. I vote, am a NRA member, am an active member of sportsmen's clubs, teach my child and grand children gun safety and right from wrong, but the bigger brains still want to end my right to liberty. If any body has any legal suggestions to fight back, I am all ears.

We can't order via internet, we can't buy out of state and bring it in, and we have to pay to pass a background check every d**n time we buy ammo at Walmart etc., just like buying a gun, except no 10 day wait. Even the form is similar to a full blown firearm purchase, buying a box of 22lr.

This is what the injunction was on, but there is already a petition to stay filed, less than 24 hours later.

Oh, and the next legislative session, they will try to ban ALL lead ammo, and make the ranges, indoor or outdoor, liable for enforcement.

It's fun to be here right now. At least I got to order a case of 22 target ammo for the Model 41. We'll see if it shows up.

How do they know if you bought it OOS and brought it in? If you're out hunting and get stopped is there some kind of receipt that you must have showing that you bought it legally?

The only way to fight them, is to vote each and everyone of the anti-gun, anti-rights, people out of the offices they hold and control.
We need to get politicians into office that really believe in the U.S. constitution and Bill of Rights, for every lawful and legal citizen of the USA.
