Could this cause errant flyers?

The problem you are having with your loading block is that last hole was drilled without checking your level. I have made that mistake more than I care to admit.
Nothing like shooting a five shot group and have 4 in a wallowed out hole and on the 5th it is 1/4 an inch to the right and1/2 inch high.
After 90 seconds of intense cursing you remember you didn’t check the level. Then you know your wife was right, you really are a dumb- ass. Always check the level.

Definitely will cause fliers. You need a hole mover kit. PM me, I have a prototype I developed several years ago. I filed for a utility patent but never put it into production. I'll make you a sweet deal on it.

Yes, just as much as the failure to align headstamps. :p

Errant case holder holes and non-aligned headstamps....it's little wonder we can't shoot for shit ! :D
In my experience, marking the bullet with a sharpie, along the ogive will compensate for mis-aligned headstamps. The farther out of alignment they are, the wider the sharpie mark has to be. Trial and error will determine the optimal width of the mark. However, bullet weight, framistroft factor and bleferization can also influence the width of the mark.

Can i git me one of 'em hole mover kits....who has 'em? Sinclair? Graf an sons?, midway?

I've only ever used red. It has the most consistent weight per millimeter of length.

Pop!....
Not necessarily true my friend!.... on the left side of the bullet on a right hand twist you are 100% spot on ..... However!..... on a left hand twist you have to use a new yellow marker put on very liberally as it’s lighter than red ...... of course on the right side of the bullet!.... and anything slower than 14 twist must be green marker all the way around the bullet with a red barber twist!...

It's a good thing seeing folks keeping their sense of humor. And a plus is all of insightful ideas, but me thinks the "hole mover" is the slickest so far.
