Could this cause errant flyers?

I was refurbing an old oak bullet caddy and didn't notice this until I was applying Tung oil, but one of the holes (bottom left) is a definite flyer. So the question is, could this errant position on the caddy influence that round to be a flyer on paper?

I think when you get back from the Dr you should epoxy that off hole in,.... definitely non concentric ammo could only be achieved from that offset hole!.....

Yes, just as much as the failure to align headstamps.

Errant case holder holes and non-aligned headstamps....it's little wonder we can't shoot for shit !

To the OP: I don't think the hole alignment matters, but you should weigh the holes so you can align the heavy primers with the lighter holes for maximum consistency.

Why would you use a flyer for a sighter? You know its not going to hit where the others do- thats plain to see- so why even see where it goes? Use it for a fouler shot. Thats all itll ever be
