Hornady hydraulic forming die use?

I just want to know what they suggest either water or alcohol and how much you put into the die before striking it. Any help is much appreciated. I called Hornady but you can only leave a message for the custom shop.

Water or alcohol is acceptable. Alcohol evaporates so its cleaner. You fill it as much as possible

I just tried using one. Alcohol like Dusty said. Also, get a dead blow hammer if you don’t have one. Easy to bend the plunger.

Get a big deadblow hammer. I always used a rawhide one myself

I just ordered one. Not a rawhide. Should have though. Never heard of one before.

I used water. Fill the case full. Don't remember how I dried the cases though.
Yes, get a deadblow. I used a 3 lb blacksmith hammer, and bent the plunger rod. Hornady sent me a new one the next day.
I think I hit them 3 times and refilled the case after either the first or second hit.

Go to the drug store and get a huge syringe and needle too. Get the biggest you can get, like the one that surely they dont actually give shots with
