wow Tom- You have alot more than I do. Id like to be at your garage sale. Ooops wait a minute. Do i really need more !!hoz
And this doesn't count the six or seven presses I just inherited from an old amigo. I don't have the heart or energy to go thru them. I did count 88 sets of dies and boxes and sacks of loose dies. In various stages of disrepair.
Yep, from Hollywoods to Dillons, got them all. And everything in between.
i think youre right- in more ways that onei think that you have enough there to spell "Help"!
Naw I wont get mad- send away as long as its not something that blows up when i open the box.Hoz,
I might just ship them to you. If you wouldn't get mad at me.
Course, this doesn't count the swaging stuff. My own, and my old pals. We got it, we got it all. I can't go shooting, I'm possessed by all this stuff.
i wonder if that powder is still good. what is it? sounds like you could wear out a couple of those presses loading up stuff you have. i sometimes think i have alot of bullets , powder but then i see somebody like you that makes me realize i dont have much. i did call the state firemarshall to make sure im legal. he said i was but i cant get an answer from the insureance company.Well hoz,
I guess that leaves out all the ancient gun powder. Huge boxes of antique gun powder. My old amigo kept it all, he threw nothing away. I like it, it's neat to look at, but what in 'ell am I going to do with all this? And primers? I got enough to hold off the Viets for a few years. A fire marshalls nightmare probably.
yes thats true - ive tried to get more organized and make things more convienient all my adult life. like i have at least 10 tape measures in my little shop. I thought " there will always be one close to where i am working" hasnt always worked that way for me though. i guess i dont follow through to good. Our needs and wants are two different things, I really only need one of each, but I want the convenience of having one in the box with each set of dies so I don't have to search for it.
I know what you mean. I have these plus 9 more on 9 single stage presses, but it's like this with everything that I own. Too much excess stuff.Well this may mean I have to much time on my HandsView attachment 1168950
Oh, stop spreading false rumors! Have you been talking to my wife? I don't have anywhere near that and I've shot some!coming from a guy who has 100,000 bullets stashed i wouldnt expect anything different![]()
Holy Cow Pardner -- Sounds like ur getting dangerously low on inventory and need to restock. That having stuff in 2 different places is kind of a POA sometimes isnt it. Mabie you need somebody to pick up some things for you in DE and bring them downOh, stop spreading false rumors! Have you been talking to my wife? I don't have anywhere near that and I've shot some!Besides, they're split between two houses now so it's more like 15k per household.
I just went and looked for some 105s and found NONE! Not one! Left them all in Delaware! What am I going to shoot in my new Dasher! Dtac 115s? I might have to.. They were supposed to go in my 6xc. I guess I could shoot some 108 blems I bought from Midsouth but that seems like blasphemy!
It's a Borden. Ya can't shoot blems in a Borden!
Oh he#$! I need more bullets!

Thanks Rusty-- Yes my dad was in the insurance industry so I have a good idea how these companies operate. i want to be as sure as i can i wont have problems with any future claims because powder may be in my shop. Hopefully ill never have a claim. I talked with someone from the state fire marshall. But have not been able to get an answer from the insurance company. i may go to a different company and ask them. That is probably the best option.Response to Hoz53 powder storage.
My insurance agent good advice: Yes we should ask these questions, you do Not want them thinking your name when they answer.
Ask for their guidelines as a comparison to.other carriers. Your private business to meet them or not.

Yes I shoot Bergers! I brought 1k 68s and 1k 65s in 6mm for my ppc's. I left 3k in De. I left 1k of 105s. The bulk bullets I bought are Sierras.Holy Cow Pardner -- Sounds like ur getting dangerously low on inventory and need to restock.
