Roll punch set?

I purchased a new set of roll pin punches Amazon. The set had 9 punches, 5 out of 9 punches bent. Sending them back.
Who makes a good set of roll pin punches? These are the ball end type.

Best luck I've had is with the Brownell's. I use the every day in the shop, and they hold up good

Ditto except mine are not used every day. Have had them for many years, used many times over without problems.

Brownells also has a set of short ones that I use to get pins moving, then switch to regular long ones. Saves on a lot of bent ones in smaller diameters.

I bought a set maybe 20yrs ago. They came in the little wood cylinder screw top thing. I dont use em much i just use regular flat end punches.

I'd recommend these hollow roll pin holders to get them critters started nicely. Made my own many moons ago out of drill rod and hardened both ends. You can lightly magnetize them too. The smaller sizes are especially handy.

I purchase nearly all of mine from the local John Deere dealer.

Snap-On makes them albeit somewhat pricey for a set. They can also be bought by specific size.

You’ll be fine with them. I’ve got a set from McMaster they are just fine. I have sets from snap-off -Proto- Mac and the set from McMaster all work fine. Tool truck stuff is just stupid expensive now days kinda always has been.
