The Marsh that loved Berger bullets.

Back in 2012, Dr. Marsh sent a rifle to me for testing. It featured his brand new action and a Krieger barrel. Also, it had a McMillan stock and was 'smithed by Gary Ocock. At the time I was also testing Berger's new Column bullets and LT-32 powder. The rifle shot very well with all combinations, but it preferred N133 with the Column bullets. I should have bought this rifle rather than returning it since it was a keeper. I believe that Dr. Marsh no longer makes his actions, and that is a shame. Good shooting.....James

Yes, Gary's seating depth worked well. Here are some more targets shot with LT-32 and some used Bart's 65 gr. BT. The 65 SMBT by Bart is my all-time favorite bullet and it is the best bullet that I have ever shot in my BAT/PPC. Again, this barrel preferred N133 over LT-32 (in hot humid Louisiana weather). Here are some more targets shot with the Marsh.Marsh test 002-001.JPG

I ran across some more pictures of my tests and remember that the LT-32 that I had was pre-production and it was very hot. Notice the velocities that I got with this powder. Column bullets and LT-035.JPG
