Fireforming 6PPC from 220 Russian Lapua, any update?

Yes, I did the search feature. I have 200 220 Russian Lapua to fire form, I was taught to expand up, neck turn, size, load and shoot, now I see there are other methods like using bullseye and wax (what kind?). Can this be done at home with the neighbors calling the police? Can someone give me an update successful method? Or just an update on the old method? I shot 30BR last year (my first year back since 1988 and that was only 1 year with a 6PPC).
Please I need your help, I have already started the first 100 by expanding up and neck turning, where do I go from here, yes I used the search feature :D

You can fire form, sort of-ish, using 10-15 grains of a fast burning powder topped with cream of wheat or fine corn meal and a dot of wax on top.

I say 10-15 grains ‘cuz each batch of brass seems different. You want a definitive neck shoulder junction not rounded. I generally use cream of wheat because it’s finer. During an extended fire forming session it smells like you’re baking biscuits. So take food.

some say fill up with the powder and top with a small square of toilet tissue but I don’t advocate that because it consumes too much powder. Just drop the powder in, add enough cream of wheat until the base of the neck, press in a ball of wax to fill and go shoot.

In this climate, I’d only fireform at the range.

I do not recommend this. That is my cover my butt statement. I have heard that if you fill a .220 Russian case a little below halfway up its shoulder with Bullseye, and then center a 3/4" square of ordinary kitchen paper toweling over the case mouth, and then use the long leg of a small Allen wrench to push it into the case neck until it is about flush, that you can fire form into PPC brass. I have also heard that you can do some turning at .22 caliber beforehand, to reduce the force on the case from expanding to .6mm to turn. I have also heard this procedure is louder than firing a loaded round, and that it heats the barrel a fair amount. Because of the high nitro content of Bullseye and the flame temp. I would only do this on a very limited basis with a good barrel, 20 rounds or so, spaced out to keep the barrel cool, reserving this sort of thing for a fire forming barrel if more cases are to be done.

Back when I was shooting BR, just about everyone used around 11.0g of Bullseye, topped off by cream of wheat, then a piece of paper towel.

Our procedure was to neck up to 25 caliber creating a false shoulder to set the headspace with. None of us ever lost any of those Sako balloon head cases due to web stretching.

Bullseye burns very hot. So, we would stop every 20 rounds, push wet patches of a favorite penetrating oil down the barrel to keep the powder fouling down, then clean chamber, go back to fire forming as the barrel would be cool at this point.

Well, this is all new, new gun (that I should have by first of next month) that I have a fire forming barrel for, I have extra Benchmark that I can use to ff but don't want to waste the bullets just to ff. My plan is to use LT-32 and I have Hillbilly bullets, considered doing the 2nd 100 cases using 22 bullets then turning necks but don't see how this would be an advantage? What say ye @BoydAllen ?
Thanks guys

You sell stuff you buy stuff, you sell stuff...........well you get the idea, the new gun I just got someone else had already started and decided not to get into the sport (probably a smart move!!), you know it is a losing investment (wait! that is not the way investing is suppose to work!).
